《全面對抗：復仇》藉由第三人稱的角度，觀看這場人類與合成獸
間毫無止盡的戰爭。遊戲時間設定在《全面對抗～人類沒落之日
～》完結的數週後，連接在《全面對抗～人類沒落之日～》與
《全面對抗 2》兩者之間。

　　故事敘述一場發生在前英國海兵詹姆斯‧格雷森﹝James
Grayson﹞身上的悲劇──在一座合成獸的感染中心裡，他被迫殺
了自己的弟兄，被仇恨所矇蔽的格雷森摧毀了每一個他所發現的感
染中心，但最後格雷森卻發現自己的努力全是白費工夫……。

　　合成獸發展出一種全新的感染方式，在西歐與合成獸對抗的
「游擊隊」╰he Maquis）不得不向格雷森尋求協助，而格雷森
也答應並參加 Overstrike 作戰，開始一場奪回歐洲的戰爭。

　　遊戲使用專為 PSP 設計的第三人稱定位系統，除收錄《全面
對抗～人類沒落之日～》曾出現的武器外，還將追加「長弓」
「狙擊槍」等新武器。遊戲中的敵人種類將超過 10 種以上，並支
援「團隊死鬥」、「搶旗」等多人連線模式，最多可同時進行 8 人
的連線對戰。
